Rachel's class gave a year-end Christmas presentation on the last day of school in which the kids sang a number of Christmas carols. The class is a group of 3-6 year olds, and Rachel is the youngest (she'll be three next month). When she saw us come into the classroom, she gave us a big hug. She started to cry soon after, though, once she was told to go back with her classmates. Mom went along to comfort her, and she felt a lot better...she even sang a song or two! She'd been very excited about the presentation, and had been practicing "Up on the housetop" at home the night before. Here is the class singing "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer."
